WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU ACCEPT?

I currently am in-network with Carefirst/BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Johns Hopkins EHP, and United Healthcare/Optum.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

At your first appointment I will take a comprehensive history on your background and discuss what is bringing you to therapy. At the next appointment I like to start the therapy conversation where you would like to begin.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Initial therapy intake appointments are scheduled for one hour. All subsequent appointments are 45-60 minute appointments.

CAN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY FAMILY MEMBER?

If the family member is under 18, yes! However, if they are over 18 I ask that they reach themselves to set up the initial appointment. I am happy to answer questions about my availability, methods, costs, etc. to anyone.
